How It All Started
domain was born in 2018 from a simple idea: create a burrito café where quality ingredients and authentic flavors meet a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our founder, Alex Thompson, traveled throughout Mexico learning traditional recipes before bringing them back to Toronto with a unique Canadian twist.
What began as a small food truck has now grown into our beloved café on Avenue Road, but our commitment to quality has never changed. Every morning starts with fresh ingredients, handmade tortillas, and slow-cooked meats and beans that honor traditional recipes while embracing innovation.

We source locally whenever possible, working with Ontario farmers to bring you the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Our produce is delivered daily, and we prepare everything from scratch in our kitchen.
